Kenyon, we can bring flasks and sip when the waiters are not looking.

Or bring a water bottle filled with vodka. Bet you could order tonic waters there ^~

Crazylemongirl,

I would love to be there. This will be my second time in Korea as a teacher. Last time I was there I never met foreign techers. I have a contract in Suwon this time so getting to COEX is not a big deal, (I just have to remember which subway lines to take Smile ) The school wants me in country January 27 or 28th so a February meeting would be great.

Please let me know time and date etc.

[email protected] or PM me here.

Thanks (I look forward to meeting some expats this time:) )

Oh and will those ladies who have posted the threads about pregnancy be coming with their little ones? Razz

Every good diet requires at least one 'rest day.'

After lunch, there is always the option of hitting the casino for anyone that loves to gamble. I have been to the casino at COEX a few times and it's alright. There are blackjack tables, roulette tables, other games like poker and of course slot machines. You need your passport to get in, so if you are interested in checking it out, remember to bring it. Two downfalls: minimum bets on the blackjack tables are 10,000W and they allow smoking inside. Yuck!

there's a casino in the COEX....where? When I was there I went to the shops and then to the huge aquarium. Jeez I really did miss a lot. Has it always been there or is it relatively new?
