Call 1330 if you need help finding a bus and English service or try this one for Seoul metropolitan area:

I've recently found one at travel.empas.com as well. Yahoo Korea, Naver, etc probably also have them.
Of course only in Korean, but there are bus routes for every part of the country (intercity as well as local) and diagrams of the routes and everything.
Very impressive.

Why don't you just ask your coworkers? I am sure some of them either live in your city or travel by bus to work.

If you are outside of Seoul, remember to dial "02" before you dial the "1330".

Here is a link to an English web site for bus routes...it can be a little tricky to figure out at first, but it's very helpful.

If you live outside of Seoul, you must find the stop you need on the map itself first and select the location from the map. Typing it in the search field will not work.

...if you need help figuring the site out, pm me and I will send you more detailed instructions.

Just get on a bus and you will discover where it goes. Life's all about the journey, not the destination.*

*Caveat: Probably not really a good idea. But getting on random buses is a fun way to kill an afternoon.
