| I was wondering if anyone has registered to do privates legally. I know it can be done and am looking for someone who can explain the process. |

First step is to have an F-series visa. |

| Someone correct me if I am wrong, but you can do legal privates on an E-2 visa IF you do them through your school, at your school and get paid through your school. You could also do them at another location IF your school appoints you there and IF you get it cleared through immigration. |

| That kinda defeats the puropse. Wonjongnim would be collecting a fair share of that cash most likely. It's like overtime. You can get a special stamp to work at other locations, specific locations I think. |

What type of classes are you trying to get into? To legally "teach", you usually have to get permission from your local Edu office. |

Head to your local one and ask.
Warning: they are notorious for being tough in some areas. |
