Mr. Lee, the landlord, is an extremely friendly and helpful person. He has a working knowledge of English.

| i lived in this exact place when i first came to seoul. mr. lee is a really nice and helpful guy, and very honest too. gets a little cold in winter but overall i'd recommend the place- landlord and his family are very nice. |

| Not that this helps the thread or anything, but I used to live on the second floor of that place. 찬우 is a great guy. |

I'm not sure if my math is all wrong, but does this mean the place is 8 square meters? Isn't that a bit, well, small?
