SOLD

Slim PS2:
-About an inch thick, roughly the same size overall as two dvd cases stacked
    -Unmodded
-North American region code, purchased back home, as were all games
-Slim PS2s have a built-in network adaptor, so you can play online for free (works well in Korea)
    -Model number SCPH-70012
-One original Sony controller
-Two memory cards
-Power adaptor for Korean voltage

Games: all games are working originals with cases and inserts, All games are American versions, obviously then English language.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence-Online play is sweet (and free) from a high speed connection in Korea, you still play in English against North Americans because this is an American PS2. Addicting as all hell. This is the version that comes with the 2nd disc of extra stuff, including online play, on top of the kickass main story.
Madden 07-Online play is intimidating (I hate getting owned by 15-year-olds) but fun.
Gran Turismo 4-Best looking game on the PS2.
NHL 2K6
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
NCAA Football 06
MLB 2006
NCAA 06 March Madness
ESPN NHL 2K5

I would like to wait a week or two to see if anyone would like to buy the whole lot, but I pmed you about GT4 in the meantime.

I forgot to mention that I live in Seoul, near Wangsimni Station, so we can meet there, or any other reasonably close subway station if you live in Seoul, or you pay shipping if it's outside of Seoul.

for an unmodded system you're asking a little too much. modded systems can be bought at yongsan for $100 and the games will run about $7.
anyway, if you want to sell metal gear 3, pm me.
cheers

While some mod chips may play online, copied games (unless made by someone well-versed in tearing apart, patching, and re-creating dvd images) usually cannot.

These are original games, not copies, and not in Korean.

If someone wishes to rely on creating/searching for copied games in English, and not having online capabilities, then obviously this is not the way for them to go. I find it easy to buy games from friends on military bases or have them sent from home, and not have to deal with the garbage of crap quality copies, lack of updates (Madden rosters, for example) or online capabilities.

Also, quite simply, not being illegal and illegitimate with videogames is much less of a headache. Everything always works the first time. Is $50 really that hard to come by for a new game?

I realize, though, that my taste in games may be different than that of many. If you're interested in the machine, make an offer, including whichever games you're interested in, with a fair value for each one (~$20 each for the newer games).

I'm interested in Madden '07, MLB '06 and NHL 2K6. I'm sorry, I know you want to sell the bundle. But if you decide to sell the games, send me a pm.

Happy New Years

Well, that's just an awesome thing to type on a listing where someone's trying to sell something!

Regardless, I think 200 is fair because all games are in perfect condition, and most are very new and in-demand. The system itself is much, much newer than the average PS2, and that's important because the lasers get weak or fail after a few years, and because it's slim it has the built-in adaptor, and it's very small and convenient for travelers.

I'm going to break it up now, as people are making offers on many of the games.

If you're interested in any of it, make an offer!

Yep. Only two of the games have been sold. I'll adjust the listing, actually.

By adaptor, I don't mean the power converter, just the little flat-prong adaptor that you have to put on to make the chord fit into the plug in Korea, so that wouldn't affect the price.

NFL 2k5 and God of War have been sold. Make an offer, send me a pm or an email at dingledodies at gmail dot com.
