Heard that one too, didn't care much for it, but to each his own. I don't know if they made any good music after around 1985 but I still listen to the old stuff once in a while. |

My favorite time for Talking Heads, around 1983. I liked their funky phase in Speaking in Tongues-- "Girlfriend is better" is probably still my favorite song of theirs. They had a great guest keyboardist, I think Wally Badarou (spelling).

interesting/freaky that you posted this when you did. i spent about 4 hours listening to talking heads last night, shortly before you posted this. i don't know them well enough to know which albums we were listening to (and to be honest i wasn't really paying that much attention to the track list), but it was some good stuff. reading this thread has brought back some...how shall i say...pleasant, no not pleasant, um, warm, thoughts of last night.
talking heads is my new favourite make out music.
