I've been using KTF, but my downloads always max out at 400kb/sec, the uploads max out at 60 kb/sec (which affects my torrents ratio and for some reason, random websites are blocked for no reason, and so I've decided it's time to switch ISP's.

I know it's been done before, but are there any deals or anything for fast internet? Do companies care if you switch, like they do back home - where they'll give you discounts for switching?
