| I sometimes see help wanted ads where people are looking for tutors. Are those very risky? They could be easy bait for deporting foreigners. How do people get those F visas? They seem to be better than what we have. |

F visa?
F2 via marriage
F5 via marriage and 2 or 3 years on F2.
F4 if you are a kyopo.
On an E2 its risky, although you PROBABLY wont get caught. BUT if you DO, then you are in trouble. |
