Just to confirm for everyone...
The incheon airport immigration office is located down a short hallway on the back wall of the departures area. It is BEFORE you go through security.
There are 2 entrances. One is behind Row F of check in counters and the other is behind row G.
The office hours are 6:30 am until 10:30 pm (06:30-22:30).
They can only give a single entry (single re-entry) stamp and the cost is 30,000 won.

I was standing at the counter and talking to the nice lady immi officer when I wrote it. I am very sure. It is also posted on the door of the office. |

MAUAHAHAHAHA. That's your first mistake!  Believing what is posted on a door and getting the word from a Korean government official are actually true descriptions of reality. |

| Well I was at the airport at 6am, and had to wait until 630am to get into immigration, so most likely, it's true. |

Lovely stuff.
I've a 9.40 flight, so presumably have to check in by 7.40 a.m. You reckon I'll definitely get it within that hour? i.e. Were there queues when you were there at that time???

| I've also been there twice in the early am - and again, it took me no longer than 15 minutes. You should be fine |
