I'm thinking of picking up some skis and boots. I've seen few shops around in Seoul. Can anyone recommend a good ski shop in Seoul, preferably in the Gangnam area? Thanks. |

I haven't been in, but I was in a car and passed by a place a couple blocks up the hill from Hak-dong station, exit 4 that sells snowboard equipment. I'm in need of some wax and made a note to go back there. I may go by there today and will let you know if they have ski equipment if I do. |

I got some decent Lange boots (last year model) at Emart in Eungam for 115,000. They are quite stiff, and definitely not beginner boots. They have some other Rossi boots. Their skis are are low to mid range, but they have a good selection of goggles and other gear. |

I went to the snowboard shop near Hak-dong station today. They are a run of the mill snowboard shop. Exit 3, walk down the street for a few blocks, it is after the oil station on your left.
If you want a big ski shop with a lot of selection, exit 4, not 3, and walk for a few blocks. It is on the right. |
