I just saw this weekend that there's an Aikido place in Sinchon. Anyone go there and know how it is? I didn't think I'd be able to find any Aikido in Korea. I studied for a very short time back home and really liked it. Does anyone know of any other Aikido places, especially around Jongno? |

You know Aikido and Hapkido are pretty much the same, don't you?
Why pay triple to learn the same stuff you can learn everywhere in this country. |

Hapkido comes from aikido and as far as the holds, locks, blocks, and throws they're very similar, but hapkido also has kicking. |

From what I've read, the dojo in Shinchon is the only one north of the river. Also, this website has a lot of information.
