Eggs, French Toast, Pancakes, Bacon, that sort of menu. Anywhere near Seoul or Hyewa or Itaewon would be ideal to know about. If you know some restaurants who offer this type of food and even some buffets like this I'd be very interested in hearing about them! Thanks. |

It's pricey, but the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt is worth the price and the trip for the food, view and atmosphere. |

There's a great place right by the Hard Rock Cafe in Gagnam-gu called Butterfinger Pancakes. All they serve is breakfast (and dessert), so you can get breakfast all day, until they close at 3 am. They had a great selection, and the prices aren't too bad - I think my omlette plate (veggie omlette, roast potatoes & toast) and bottomless cup of coffee was around 15,000.
They also have a good take-out coffee deal - if you go back the same day with their take-out cup, they'll give you a free refill. The restaurant itself is very small, but I went on Christmas day and only had to wait about fifteen minutes. |

In the basement of Nashville's (in Itaewon), there's quite a decent little nook, and the way it's decorated, you'd think you were in a diner in Saskatchewan (except the huge TV running Korean shows.) They serve pancakes and eggs (and meaty stuff, I would assume) and I was quite happy with the service. Good luck. |

Nashville's breakfast is decent, if not overpriced. But avoid the hashbrowns. They don't have a clue. My favorite menu item= Plain omelette: 4,500 Won. What is that? 2 eggs. Good profit margin. |

The USO has a nice diner. Uncertain if they serve breakfast. Does anyone else know? BTW, their club sandwhiches and steaks are pretty good~ reasonable price too! |

I had a decent red wine and caviar type breakfast in the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon. Cost about 16000 won excl booze. Highlight was the French toast.
What are you going to do about lunch? |

Suji's in Itaewon has a good breakfast, but it's too overpriced.
Rocky Mountain Tavern in Itaewon also has a "Truck Stop Breakfast" that is pretty good.
Nashville in Itaewon isn't too bad except it has no clue what hash browns are, it serves marinated potatoes instead. I haven't been back since.
The Irish Wolfhound has a breakfast menu but the one time I tried it, I got served a cold breakfast and the food did a number on my bowels.
Then there is Phillies in Haebangchon that has an all-day breakfast. It's okay. |

The Deli at the Sheraton Grand Walkerhill has a pretty good breakfast buffet for W30,000 or so -- various forms of eggs, potatoes, assorted breads, dim sum, rice porridge, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, salads, traditional breakfast meats, grilled salmon, juice, coffee, etc. The same restaurant offers a jazz brunch buffet (with greater variety) on the weekends for W40,000 or so every weekend. |

USO's breakfast is great. Eggs any style, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns, pancakes, toast. And very resonably priced. I think they stop serving at 11:00, and, sadly, they haven't been open on weekends for a long time. |

That's more of a banquet.
Go to E-mart and get some Weetabix Minis, 4800 won a go. |

I've said this many times before and I will say it again...the absolute best place in Korea, if not NE Asia to have breakfast is:
The Paris Grill
Hours: Breakfast 7:00am - 9:30am
Brunch (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) 10:30 am to 2:30pm
Reservations: +82 2 799 8161
Go for brunch on Sunday at 10:30am. If you don't agree, it's free!
Have fun stuffing your hole,

I agree that the breakfast is pretty good. It runs about 7,000 won. Unfortunately, my friends didn't tell me that it's a Canadian bar. I was thinking, "Breakfast? Bar? I'm hungry; let's go!" Once we got there, I noticed the Canadian theme, and I had to sit there and watch a hockey game for two hours. (ZZZZ.) |

Where is the Paris Grill and why do you like it so much?
Cheers!
