In US though in many clubs for people in 20s its normal for girls to allow and grind with strangers and people often times hook up.

Yes, in some American clubs you would be considered strange if you approached a girl from the front. You would probably considered a little twit.

Approach from the front holding 1 meter distance and getting closer as time passes by. If she makes eye contact and gives a positive vibe, then you go further. If not you back off.

I hear they also like it if you ruffle your frill and make throaty cooing noises.

I also hear you have no idea what you are talking about. In some clubs in Europe with this attitude you would be either beaten up, cut up with the knife or bottle or shot.

I also heard that bellowing and ramming the competition with your bulbous forehead impresses the ladies as well.

No but because you do not speak the language, so to give you a help for the sake of humanity. Grow up and open your eyes. Not everywhere is like some watering hole down the road.

Looks like the people over at igoo.com have taken an interest in this thread.

Seems like they even have their own version of Real Reality.

Sex Matters to Women Who Say It Doesn't: Study
Korean men and women have distinctly different notions of sex in a marriage, a survey suggests. The Korea Institute for Sexology came up with the finding by comparing a 2003 poll of 1,613 married men nationwide with another last April of 1,000 married women in five metropolitan cities. It found that a mere 4.4 percent of women thought sex was important in marriage, compared with 77 percent of men -- almost as many as the 74.8 percent of women who said it was unimportant.... When asked if prostitutes are needed to satisfy men's sexual needs, 20.4 percent of women and 61 percent of men agreed.

96% of women are liars, honest
NINETEEN out of 20 women admit lying to their partners or husbands, a survey on attitudes to truth and relationships has found. Eighty-three per cent owned up to telling "big, life-changing lies", with 13 per cent saying they did so frequently. Half said that if they became pregnant by another man but wanted to stay with their partner, they would lie about the baby's real father. Forty-two per cent would lie about contraception in order to get pregnant, no matter the wishes of their partner....

Calm down, the guy's obviously making a joke. I mean, c'mon, who would want to go to a club in Eastern Europe anyways?
