Saddam Bites the Dust

If you listen closely enough, you can actually hear his neck snap.

What a shame.

The world has lost a great tap-dancer and all around party animal. Razz

Back in the day, Phil Donahue once told the unwashed masses that executions should be televised.

Why? The average man would be so disgusted that he would call for the end of the death penalty.

Well, guess what, Phil?

You were wrong, baby! Laughing

No kidding, people are falling over themselves to see it. Kinda shocks me, I didn't watch the exicution it self. I'm not into that sorta stuff, kinda sickens me. However, I did see a couple photos and it struck me how un professional it all looked, random dudes in mismatched hoods stringing the guy up. Least they coulda made it looked orginized and color cordinated that stuff...

What Bush has done to Iraq is much worse than what Saddam ever did.
Just look at the numbers, many more people dying today.
I wonder what kind of president Bush would be if more than half of Americans wanted him dead, and were actively trying to kill him.
What happenend to Saddam was humiliating and sickening. And I wonder about people who aren't sickened by this.

Poor Saddam.

Directly responsible for the deaths of over a million people.

He deserved much better.

I think Milosevich was a real *beep*. All war mongers are. Anybody who enjoys killing another person should receive their dues. Bush included. Legal gun-runners and weapon manufacturers should get imprisoned and receive psychological counselling. They are sick and full of sin.

Why are people so fascinated by snuff flicks? If helped, I never watch them.

As an American, fully responisble for my nation's foreign policy, I say that instead of executing Saddam we should have killed thousands and thouands of random Iraqis in response for having such a whack leader.

A split second divides life from death... is the lesson for us all.
His mates will follow him soon.

Didn't they arrest the dudes taunting him? seems a bit extreme considering the evil he perpetrated. The people hunger after justice.

Too bad Phil didn't have the internet to put to rest the idea that humans are intrinsically good back then.

Irony is my favorite appetiser, and my favorite dessert ... to point out the obvious, it looks a lot like we did both, of course.
