I have read a lot of the "skin problems thread" and as I look in the mirror yet again, I realize that I have lost a bit of the natural "shine" women have when they take good care of themselves and are happy.
My question to all the other women out their is :
What do you do here to stay beautiful ???
Here are some suggestions I do:
-try to drink lots of water (yeah its tough, but more easily done after you've horked down half a bag of comforting nacho chips)
-get enough sleep
-get exercise, in any form
-go to the sauna
-keep wearing foundation because it does protect and moisterize my skin in this dry weather
-dust some bronzer powder on my cheeks so I don't feel completely washed out during winter
-watch/read something funny to stay lighthearted
-go the hairdressers (I know, gasp !!!) even for a little trim
-deep condition my hair at home
-watch the tyra show
If you want to "shine" especially here in Korea, what do you do?

You couldn't convince my wife to watch that show no matter how hard you tried. Her reaction to it is the same as mine to Arirang. |

I was sharing my wife's thoughts...sorry if you're unable to realize how dumb that show really is. Stick with Oprah. |

| What kind of mail order places exist to get beauty products here? I use Biotherm, Origins, and MAC, but the department store prices are SO much higher than back home! Suggestions? |

| Some of those girls in Thailand collect manseed to use as a skin cream. Might give that a whirl. A poster a few up already offered to help you out in that way. |
