No doubt, the Europeans will want to keep 'negotiating', the Russians selling and the Chinese stonewalling. Nothing can change their position, as nonproliferation (in my mind, the greatest cause of our age) isn't a real issue for them. Eventually, I suppose Israel will do what needs to be done. |
