Hi all. We just arrived in Jeongja, Bundang last night. We are from San Diego and the Chargers playoff game is next weekend. We don't have our television set up or the internet yet so we want to know howw can watch the Chargers next weekend??!! Are there any sports bars around this area and if so, would they be open at like 6 in the morning? Thanks for any input!

Why do you want to watch the Chargers lose to the Pats?

Where do YOU live? In Korea, just about every bar/club/restaurant is open 24 hours- as long as someone is willing to pay to drink soju, the lights stay on.

Nashville is open at 6AM. They serve breakfast. I am not sure whether they have the game now that it is not on AFN.

Near Seohyeon station, Dublin Bar, ask the owner, Joe, I'm sure he's got a satellite hookup, not sure if he'll be showing the games though.

you are going to have to watch the games online. I THINK TVU player will have them.

For the Super Bowl SBS Sports will likley have it or the USO near Samgakji station should be open for it

I will be cheering for the Chargers as well, but since my new job will have an 8:45 start time, I won't be able to see much past the first quarter...Hope Rivers doesn't choke.

Anyway, TVU player or invest $8 (for a month) and go to streamtvnow.com - it can be a pain to set up but worth it in the end.

Hate to say it because I really like LT and a couple of other SD players but it's the TRUTH-

Schottenheimer + playoffs = Embarassed Embarassed Rolling Eyes

The best game of the weekend will be the COLTS returing to Baltimore for a playoff game.

Think the fans will be jacked for that one? Wink

It will be a Baltimore vs Pats AFC final. Schottenheimer will choke again. Furthermore I might be wrong but I think only one first year starter (Dan Marino) took his team to the Super Bowl in his first year as a starter.

I love the certainty and conviction some sports-watchers take.

Time and the games will tell. The season, and sports in general, was full of surprises. All else is bogus statistics and fantasy football speculation. (For example, I could cite SD is undefeated at home this season and has a decent history facing the Pats...)

Well I have to work at 920 am so I think I will be missing the game. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Oh well. The Chargers will win and the Colts will win. On the NFC side....who cares. I know the Pats are dangerous, very dangerous in the playoffs, however, Tomlinson and Gates will be the deciding factors. Reche Caldwell will be making his return to SD, but will com up short and Merriman and Castillo will be all over Brady. Anyway I think I might die missing the playoffs for the first time in my life. Oh well.
