Even if they dropped oodles and oodles of them? Hmm. How about sabotage then.
It seems to me that using nukes might turn the world against Israel for good. But, I guess if the choice is holocaust #2 and Europe being mad at you, well, I know what I would choose. |
The daisy cutter or Fuel Air bomb is only effective against surface targets. It wont do anything to hardnened subterranean targets.
Plus it is a very big bomb and carrying it requires huge bomber planes..huge, slow moving planes. Not something you want over Iran. |

Ahmedinajad has left them with no choice.
The threatening rhetoric, wether idle bluster or no, is going to be taken seriously by someone someday. i'm surprised North korea has gotten away with it for so long. |
North Korea gets away with it because South Korea's president ignores reality. |

Though I doubt they will use "mini nukes", it would be insanity not to have that option planned and I am quite sure there are probably ten good options on the table that are not nuclear (not including the target itself).
Now on the other side of the equation given the choice as stated earlier of a second holocaust vs. world renouncement. That is what I like to refer to as a damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario.
I like to see the glass as half full, and I will always take the more positive scenario, so I would rather be damned for doing than damned for not.

| The Israelis are not just going to sit by and watch a Loony like the President of Iran ( who should take a bath and change his clothes- if rumors going around Iran are true) build nuclear weapons to carry out his oft stated threat to destroy them. And they will certainly not trust the UN, or the EU to stand up for them. They will strike and they will strike HARD. They have no other option other than national suicide and I don't think they will pull another Massada. Get ready. This will get ugly. |

Depends. I doubt America will want that and since they give 3 billion a year in aid to Israel, they have a big stick to wield.
(And that's WHY America should give aid to Israel...so they have some influence. Were America to halt all aid as some people on this board would have it, they wouldn't have any power or greatly reduced power to rein Israel in.) |
