I am in the process of setting up an interview with the SMOE. My friend interviewed with them at the end of July and found a thread here with a list of questions that are likely to be asked during the interview, and it really helped her to prepare. We all know how this search function is, and as a result I couldn't find even a hint of such information.

Does anyone out there know what is typically asked, or know of the link to the list of potential questions? I'd just like to be able to scan them before I walk in. Thanks!

Normally, they don't ask you anything. They just look at your face and if you're white and good looking your hired on the spot. They can careless about your experience and skills.

Haha thanks guys Smile

I am not going to go in thinking it's that easy though. I don't want to be completely unprepared and end up looking like an idiot. Thanks anyway though.
