140 hours per month, kindy to adults, up to 20 students a class. Seems like it should work out to more than 14,000 per hour, yes? |

Divide your monthly pay by the number of hours to be worked as stipulated in your contract. You shouldn't factor in the hours worked for no pay. |

Are you asking for a Theoretical Micro Economic approach to valuing your time?
Or just a practical advise on the worth of overtime? |

Ella what is your monthly salary, and how many hours are you getting paid to work for per month? |

It should work out to more than 14,000/hour, especially since you're on salary and not actually paid by the hour except for overtime. |

I didn't mean how do you calculate the hourly wage or overtime from a salary. I meant, how does one calculate what one can reasonably ask for and expect to receive?
The offer is for kindy-to-adults, 140 hours per month, half-hour bus ride each way, for 2MIL. |

run quickly away.
for any of those things -- kindy, bus ride, or 140 hours -- there had better be a sweet chunk of change more.
