| I think, in terms of recent operations, Somalia and Bosnia were positive contributions of the military and somehow made sense. Bosnia worked out all right. The Bosnians were Western and liked America's presence. The Somalis didn't. I heard talk of some saying they want to go back to Somalia? What is your take on that? I mean the Somalis are going after the Ethiopians, they probably won't feel grateful for any foreign presence. Well, some Somalis would, but what about this new Somali government? |
