I worked there for two years during my first stint in Korea. The owner Mr. Woo is a very competent man. He treated me fairly while I was there. Pay was on time and in full. He tried to help solve any problems the teachers were having.
Only thing I can complain about is at the time, they were paying far less than most of the other hagwons in the area...I think they've bumped their pay scale up since I worked there though.

| The people I knew that worked there said the owner was a decent person, didn't exactly pay the highest but they seemed to think he did right by them. I guess at one time he had a lot of teachers taking consecutive vacations, so I heard that he hired a temporary teacher to cover that period rather than squeeze more out of his staff. They seemed content. |
