Which model?
V43?
To change the menu language to English you should press settings-language-English.
Is your i-station using Qtopia software? If so, I'm still waiting for a manual in English myself. I don't really need it much because I worked out how to work the thing myself by trial and error but it would be nice to have a Qtopia manual.
The English manual for the old software is on the i-station website. |

http://www.coolzet.com/products/v43.html is the English website.
Dude, next time try the search function before you decide to make a new post. There's even a post about i-station on the first page of this Technology Forum.. you'll see it if you scroll down a bit. |

If your i-Station (you still haven't told us which model. To get good help here you need to give details of the thing you are trying to use) is using the Qtopia software then I don't think you will find a manual in English. It's not written yet. The V43, T43 and S43 is not sold outside of Korea. They don't give a damn about making an English manual. If you do find one, please let me know!!!
Anyway, what's so hard to do? Is there something on the i-Station that you can't actually do? |

Anyone figure it out yet?
So far I haven't used my v43 much besides watching videos and listening to music. I would like to use the other functions.

Still no luck getting the dictionary going with Qtopia. My wife and I thought we had it worked out. There are precise instructions (Korean only!) on www.pmplab.org but we just can't seem to get it going.
It's all about installing this zbedic software which the dictionary is based on. Can't work it out though. My V43 won't recognize the zbedic file. If you go to pmplab with a Korean who is technology-minded you might be able to get it worked out.
Me? I'm just going to go to the i-Station service center and have them do it for me!! |

True. The dictionary doesn't come with Qtopia, but you can add it. The V43 is linux based. Supposedly, you can add any software to it as long as that software has been developed with the machines like the V43 in mind. |

Find the dictionary where? There is no dictionary on a Qtopia V43. It needs to be installed seperately using the zbedic software. Something I was unable to do.
The radio works just fine. It's there. Press the Start menu. Choose 'Applications' then choose the i-Station tab at the top left. The FM radio icon should be there. |

Yes there is no dictionary included, found this out after buying one this weekend. I located the Zbedic and got it installed no problem. I have also found the Korean - English dictionary data but I having problems locating the English - Korean data.
Next thing I want to tackle is getting the psx/gba emu's working on it. |
