Just saw it.
Best Bond -- that is, closest to the Bond I know from Fleming's novels -- I have ever seen. Daniel Craig, Timothy Dalton, Sean Connery. In that order.
Best Bond film since the early Connery ones. Thunderball. Casino Royale. all others, variously ranked. In that order.
James Bond reborn (finally). Could hardly stand what Moore and Brosnan did to the series. Hope the producers go back and reinterpret and remake all the Fleming novels now with this guy. |

Everyone rags on Moore because it's so easy. Yet, he embodied the easy-going, Playboy mansion, laissez-faire-style execution that all men would give their left nut for. Brosnan was actually created in a lab from a mixture of Timothy Dalton and Roger Moore's DNA. This is no bullsh*t. |

I liked Brosnan quiet a bit but his movies and character were COMPLETELY different than the Bond in Casino Royale. I like the new Bond, gritty and almost capable of acting like a real human being. Brosnans sauve British super human killing machine was fun to, its just dumber fun. Goldeneye kicked some ass. That being said, the new Bond is wayyy better on an artistic and intellectual level.
Also, who the hell thinks P2 is better than the orginal Predator? JESUS! That movie single handly got the United States TWO governors and probably a third at some point (I'd vote for Carl Weathers.) If you like P2, ya probably think Aliens vs. Predator deserved an oscar... |

It had a tank run all over downtown St. Petersberg. A GODDAMN TANK! It wasn't some rinky dink tank either, that bad boy was running over some stuff left and right. I don't care what the hell else happened in that movie. If your Valhalla doesn't have tanks running over little russian cars, I dont want in!!!! |
