Is there an Atm machine that will dispense money with the use of a BMO Debit card ?It is Cirrus,Maestro, and Interac.
I have not been able to get any cash advances with my Scotiabank Visa card. I thought this card could be used anywhere, but I've had no luck.

Any help with either of these two cards would be greatly appreciated.

Subway stations, look for a machine that says "Nice Cashing."

Thanks P S . I'm near Woninjae Stn in Incheon and that Stn doesn't have a Happy Cashing machine. I wonder where I would find one. Also, are you sure that these machines will accept a Canadian Bank of Montreal Debit Card ?

You may need to call your credit card company and tell them to let you grab advances. When they see a bunch of cash advance attempts in a foreign country far, far away from your normal mailing address at home in Canada/US/wherever, it raises red flags immediately and they may prevent you from pulling funds in the interest of protecting you from international fraud. I hope this helps.
