I'm on vacation for the next month or so and sticking around town.
After two and a half years, I've just realized that I haven't discovered anything new in the Seoul area for a long long time.
Any cool secret neighbourhoods to check out?
Where is all the old traditional housing?
French quarter?
Russian borscht shops?
Cool new entertainment places?
I'm getting sick of the same old stuff. |

I'd also suggest getting a good provincial map. I've got the Map4U 1:50,000 book of Gyeong-gi. It's all in Korean, but it has lots of web addresses and pictures of stuff to see and do. For example, I just noticed that there's an ostrich farm in the province. Who knew? |

Ansan station, or just opposite it, you'll find a mini SE Asia/China/India and loads of cool restaurants. |
