I'm like you.
I often meet foreign teachers half my age who know twice as much about everything.
Even if they have been in Korea half as long as I have, they know twice as much about Korea.
That makes me wonder whether they have an IQ of 400 or whether I have an IQ of 25. |

I brought this question up to prepare a kind of reading list.
Going into a bookstore is intimidating for me because I know I want to pick up some books to read, but I don't know where to start.
I often wind up buying a magazine with not so useful articles.

Is there anything you wish you knew less about?
Or anything you're glad you don't know more about? |

I like Beaver's answer..
I know I have a hell of a lot to learn about every subject.
There are so many interesting things to learn about.
Right now I especially want to learn about making money,
and doing work I really enjoy, because I am not 21 any more.
Not that surprising that there hasn't been a huge response
to this thread. As others have alludeed to, so many people
seem to think they know it all. |

That's an interesting question. I'm glad I do not know more about:
yeast infections
animal butchering techniques
human torture techniques
my parents' sex lives |

I really hate syntax. I don't know if I want to know more or less about syntax.
Same goes for statistics... |
