What sort of success have people had using the Learning Times or Teen Times in teaching? (I think both are a product of the Korean Times). I'm not having much success finding anything very interesting on a regular basis.

The best way to use them is to roll them up and then smack the kids with them. Smile

I have a lot fun with the Sun or the Enquirer - great for American vernacular work, and the students get a kick out of the saga of Bat Boy etc. Leads to interesting and light debates on the validity of the subject matter, as well as more heady debates for older students on the role of media as informant/disinformant...

The more mainstream stuff is usually either dry or inaccessible, imho.
