If you are like me, you can't stand a bowl of bare naked rice staring you in the face. It's fine if you do something to it, but the question always is: WTF do you do to it to make it edible?
One solution was discovered today:http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Apple-Leek-Pork-Chops/Detail.aspx
I'm not talking about the pork chops, although they were fine. I'm talking about the apple juice gravy. I don't know what else to call it. I would call it Apple Sauce but that is that other stuff and this stuff isn't that stuff.
The orange rind gives it a nice little zing. Almost a sweet and sour thing going on. I used Hanmi JuiceDay...사과를 통째로 100 Apple.

Why would you eat white rice by itself? That's why you have sidedishes and of course main meal. And if everything is solid, you get a soup too.
So to make it edible you eat it with other food. |

You don't have a clue, do you? Rice without SOMETHING on it isn't good for anything but wallpaper paste. |
