|
|
I'm looking for sites that will allow me to insert new and creative borders and images in an effort to jazz up my class handouts.
I use Korean versions of Microsoft Office so where can I find those images.
I've seen other sites and software?
What are the best??
TIA!

Go to the MS Office subsite at Microsoft.com - they have something called "Design Gallery Live"
http://dgl.microsoft.com/
Thousands and thousands of images and templates and stuff - integrated directly to Office 2K. If you can read the Korean menus in Word 2000, you can get there from Insert-->Picture-->Clip Art if I remember correctly, and you can launch the online gallery from there. Or just use your browser to go directly to the site, as mentioned above. |

Check out http://school.discovery.com/
They've got a good selection of school related clip art and also, Puzzlemaker, a great tool to make in class activities, word searches for vocab, etc. |

There's a website called billybear4kids, I'm pretty sure that's the right address but you could google it in any case. It has tons of stuff and interesting pictures for younger ESLers, and there's also a section where you can print out borders and stuff like that. |

My old school use to have some Korean software that they used to import such images. If I had the name of that I'd buy the CD.
Thanks guys, I'll check those out.
