proof? link?

Don't know where the first was taken, but the second picture is of a sculpture at the Mt. Blanco Fossil 'Museum', a creation museum in Kentucky.

So? does that mean it must not be real?

Well, since creationism isn't, that would suggest that the things in their museum aren't either.

Speaking of skulls, did you know that the backs of Korean skulls are flat, not rounded? I didn't, because the hair makes them look rounded, but they're actually flat.

yep.... noticed this but always assumed it was a result of an upbringing of getting wacked in the back of the head with the 'love-stick' by teachers and mum and dad....

also observed korean babies to have unusually big heads.....
Giving birth must really be fun for (small where it matters ) korean mums....(maybe this could account for funny head shapes......)

Now i'm back in australia i might start closely stalking korean tourists/students and touch the back of their heads... then run away hysterically yelling "That's for all the arm hair-pulling!!!!!!"

Neandethals were never stupid. They invented complex religions, social systems, and culture waaaaay before Homo sapiens. What happened to them is truly a mystery. Some believe they interbred (I like that theory due to aforementioned skull structures). Some believe that while Neanders were developing that culture, Homo Sapiens were developing weapons (especially projectiles)...not too good for Neanders. The final theory is that due to a different musculature of the larynx, they never developed the linguistic capabillities of Homo sapiens. They had all of these problems, but were never stupid.

Cite some sources please.

This is a good site for Neanderthal culture. Interestingly enough, they propose that autism is a left over trait form Neanderthals.

Book for weapon theory (sorry, couldn't find a URL)
Henig, Martin. "Odd man out: Neanderthals and modern humans." British Archeology, #51, Feb 2000. [1]

Linquistic theory
Actually the first link has alot about this as they link autism to neanderthals.

This should satisfy your sources, if not tell me and I'll get you more stuff. For those who do NOT know anthropology (DtCM does), theories on human evolution change damn near weekly, and just becasue something is disproved this week doesn't mean it won't be gospel next week. For example, look up the clovis sites, and compare to the berring strait theory
