I read something in the Korea Times about Quentin Tarantino coming to Seoul next month to promote his new movie. Before I could check out the article it was used to clean up dog crap and is now gone. Does anyone know when and where he'll be...?

Hey by all means start another thread. It can be like a popularity contest between the two of them. See who gets more views. |

Isn't that the truth! Watched Pulp Fiction with my vicar before crossing the puddle. Awesome flick. Watched it again here and it was all chopped up and lasted maybe 2/3 of the time. It's really sad how much censorship there is here.

Well, let's set up a poll, then.

Cheers!

Put me down for Quentin by a long shot. Uma Thurman is nothing.

There's a kid in one of my classes that looks exactly like a ten year old Korean Quentin Tarantino (if you can imagine that). I tried to get him to change his English name to Quentin, but he wouldn't. No big deal though, he already has one of the coolest names in the hagwon: Leroy. |

				| Oh and I think Don Rumsfeld's going to be in Seoul around about the same time. It could be a surreal week. |

				Wow Pulp Fiction! How cool!

I have recently purchased (thanks Chris) a copy of Swamp Girl "a frank and powerful story of wild pasions and mixed races in a primitive land where no color line was drawn!"

Perhaps we could do lunch and I could spin the story to him. You wouldn't happen to know his telephone number would you? |

UMA has a nose and cheekbone like a Korean. How come I never noticed that before?

Anyhow, my first instinct was vote for Quentin as movie directors make a bigger splash in my mind. However looking at how sexy Uma is in that picture makes me think 'screw the movie director'.

When does "Kill Bill: Volume 1" start in movie theaters? I'm gonna download that one working on downloading the trailer right now.. |

Kill Bill: Volume 1, A snappy title. I've been channeling with Yukio Mishima of late. Yeah that is a very sexy Uma.

My close friends the regallians assure me that she is G.E. (geneticly engineered) by the Monsanto Corporation. That might account for her cheekbones.

I for one can hardly wait. How about doing lunch (all my dearest friends on line of course invited) say at Burger King in Itaewon or would that be too pretentious? I do know a more intimate local slightly up the hill. Or we could do The Silver Bell Club just past the Twighlight Zone. My dear friend Sasha will probably act as hostess. After I pitch Swamp Girl we can all go over to the Red Door for much needed refreshments. |
