So, I was checking out the Seoul City Govt. web site and decided to see what the Seoul Help Center for Foreigners has to offer. Well, upon clicking it I got a page with the following 'Invalid request' 
That seems about par for the course when it comes to helping us foreigners  |

| It is ok, I found on my own that the Immigration office stated on the website is....wrong. I had to travel on the other side of Seoul to find that I am in the wrong place and I need to be on the subway for another hour to get to the right location..... |
