Just wondering how much a one room in Bundang would be? Monthly and Key money?

I put 10,000,000 down and pay 600,000/month for a 23 pyung place.

You can find cheaper, but I love my location, plus all the amenities nearby. I've got an awesome view of the tancheon and mountains, and its nice and quiet

Thanks for the reply! Awesome location huh? The key money is killer. I'm thinking about finding a place near a park, and someplace a bit cheaper. How low does it go?

Run a search, i know someone else had this same question about a month ago. I think they were looking east of Samsung Plaza and said they found a 1 room for 300-400,000 a month with 3 million down. It's pretty rare to find officetels here with a deposit of less than 10,000,000 though

Is your place in Bundang an Apt or an officetel, for that price. Which ever, is that 23 usuable pyoung or that's the sq area that you pay for?

A little bit of a personal question pertaining to your home, I know, but I am interested in moving to Seoul.
