What does 잔액미조회 mean? I babelfished it and it says "The balance manicure sliced raw fish"

something like "Unable to check balance"

잔액 - Balance of your account
미 - Not
조회 - Check/Search

Probably the link from the ATM to you bank has been interrupted, either try another ATM or wait awhile. If the problem is still there tomorrow go into your branch and show them what was written on the ATM.

I'm online not at an ATM. Its bizarre, this has never happened before.

Actually I think its a Nonghyup bank thing. There is something in Korean on the front page about 1/25 in the afternoon.
