I think you should take your time, and when the course is over, take the entire class out for drinks and find out whether she's into you.

This sounds pretty simple and obvious: as long as she is your student you should not be dating her, flirting with her or whatever.

Once she is no longer your students, you are both adults and if you like her and she likes you then happy trails.

Why not casually hang out and gauge your interest after getting to know her a little better in a different setting? Nothing wrong with that, right? If your feelings for her continue or grow stronger and you reach a point of emotional clarity:

Tell her how you feel.

Worst case scenario, she won't return your sentiment. But, after getting to know her a little better, you'll probably already have a good idea of this. If she does return your feelings, explain the conundrum of both teaching and dating her. She's an adult (right?). She can decide what's more important; finding another class, or dating you.
