A friend of mine got his modded Xbox in Yongsan for 310,000 and the guy loaded it up with 1000 games (has all the simulators on it as well).
He guarantees it for a year, and will switch up games for 1,000 per game.

| Considering they should only go for 150-200,000won used, I'll have to say no. Emulator games mean nothing. All of that is virtually free anyway if you know where to get them. |
