I am looking to buy a scanner thats A4 and thats not too expensive

And it has to work with USB and not firewire

Does anyone have one they wanna sell?

you could get one at Yongsan for around 100,000 brand new. The other option is to go garbage fishing saturday mornings at apartment complexes to see if anyone has thrown one out in the garbage. I've found lots of good stuff that way including my 3-in-1 printer.

I got one in Yongsan for 65,000, new. It's a USB Canon, works with PC & Mac and is brilliant.

can you please tell me the brand name and where abouts in yongsan you got it?

It's a Canon LIDE 60. I went to the "old" electronics market a short walk from Yongsan station, 65,000 won in the box, brand new. It's really awesome and has never let me down. Good luck with finding one for yourself.

i know your looking for cheap and this might not help but:

I bought an HP Laser 3055 all-in-one at youngsan for 350,000 new. Best thing i've bought in a long time.

Laser printer, fax, copier, scanner all in the touch of a button. Great piece of gear if your looking longterm in korea.

It rocks for private classes..
