Here is my deal. I want you to be my English tutor and I will teach you
to survive in Korean.
Since I have a job during the week, I can be free on saturday only.
I have to get along with my family on Sunday.
For ur reference, I have a BS degree.
Please mail me if you r interested in my proposal.

30,000 sounds expensive for learning Korean.

On average most tutors charge 20,000 won at most.
If you want to improve conversation, find a language partner or make Korean friends.
If it's writing you want to improve, you can by textbooks at Bandi & Luni's at COEX. Study on your own.

If you want to find a decent korean tutor, they are gonna run about 30-35k/hr. Some people don't wanna do language exchanges because of their limited free time, while others don't want to spend most of the time speaking english. I think the best route is to make Korean friends, or check out the site www.hanlingo.com
