Hello again,

Can anyone tell me the names of some reputable schools in (or around) Busan? From the research I've done so far, Busan looks like a solid fit for us.

As for the schools, any age group would be ok, but I hope to teach either younger kids, college, or adult/business classes. Hoping to avoid the middle school/high school aged kids.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

www.pusanweb.com has a bunch of classified job ads and forums to post on. (Sign up is fast). Jobs are generally better than on Dave's, though it's still viewer discretion advised.

Most of the schools in Busan are decent. I hear very few of the sort of nightmare stories you hear about in Seoul and elsewhere. Stay away from split shifts (they make you old fast). Also, stay away from schools where you can't talk to several current and former teachers.

You should be fine. Quality of life in Busan is nicer than Seoul. So is the weather. And the beaches. Good nightlife.

Best neighborhoods are Haeundae, Kyungsung, PNU (most foreigners to hang with).
