I use to like Who A.U., but these days, Giordano seems to fit my tastes more. Though none of this really matters, as I wear a shirt and tie 95% of my day.

I'm just not big on going for specific brands or stores or anything. Giordano does have the nice button-ups, though...just too thick.

Some of the stuff I got as gifts from Radiogarden was nice, too.

Due to my extremely long monkey arms I have to shop in Itaewon or get custom made shirts. I even have problems in Canada. However for summer wear I usually go to Giordano or The Hunt

I like 2002 Outlet. Discounted brand-names on everything from Polo to Levi's. Has the whole Gap/Old Navy/Banana Republic package too.

I do almost all my shopping there. Housewares and other crap is dirt cheap too.

Intermezzo baby....Italian style and apparently comes from Italy, but as far as I know the company is Korean. Anyone know anything else about this? It's quite overpriced, and sometimes I have to dig through some flamboyantly designed material, but damn they make some cool stuff. My Tom Cruise compliment factor jumped about 20 percent when I got some sunglasses there, and the guys were cool enough to throw in a bunch of freebies to make up for the price....

I didn't shop at Korean clothing stores but really like the stuff that my wife has bought from Maru.

I like Qua in Gangnam. They also have one near Ewha University. I also go to department stores. Fiorucci is my favorite trendy brand. The stuff in Giordano is usually too big and baggy for me.

I love my local op shop (that is thrift shop for you Americans Wink )
Its a great place to get some really unique items!!
Unlike the op shops back home that have realised that 'vintage' can be sold for lots and lots, Korean stores still have the odd buy for under 5000 won!!!
Also it is a great place to browse for things in my size and try them on without getting "oh my goodness" stares from shop owners. The Ladies there love me Laughing

And for the store that I would shop in if I had a spare million..."EGOIST" is my favourite Korean clothing store!!!

Where can I find thrift stores in Korea that have clothing? How do I identify them? Anyone have any to recommend in Gwangju?

most of the women's clothes here are far too "little bo peep" for my tastes. Pastels and ruffles don't cut it when you're out of primary school. If I had to chose though, Who A.U.

WHO A.U. is great. I always hated going there, because I liked everything and wanted to buy all of it, but didn't want to look like a WHO A.U. advertisement. So I had to mix up my wardrobe a bit.
