Absolutely not. Go to a bar sometime and you'll see it on the shelf.

My father makes a homemade version with moonshine and fresh cream, and once they are mixed together right, the cream will not go bad, and the bottles, even without the lid, can sit at room temperature for months.

Enjoy!

You're going to drink Bailey's at work? How many cups of coffee do you have during the day?

You don't have to keep it cold. But I prefer it chilled so I keep it in the fridge.

According to the manufacturer Baileys has a shelf life of two years from date of manufacture and should be consumed within 6 months of opening. Storage out of direct sunlight and at a constant, cool, temperature is recommended.

Wow! That's a brilliant idea! Baileys is much better than Frima, that Korean white powder stuff. That stuff is nasty.

I've had Baileys from an old, crusty-rimmed bottle and it didn't taste too good. Bitter. I would be almost positive it will keep better in the fridge.

Why not just go all out and make Irish Coffees? Very Happy The last class of the day would go with a swing!
