I've got a couple of programs that when I minimize them they go offscreen. I've tried rightclicking and selecting move after minimizing but the window is not selected and remains off-screen. I've also uninstalled, cleaned the registry and reinstalled, but it still happens. Does anyone know how to reset a programs minimize location?

Did you recently hook up a secondary monitor by any chance?

This happened to me recently and you just have to uncheck the extend desktop on to this monitor box in the the Settings tab of the Display Properties. Move the cursor to the side of the screen and if it goes off the edge then I think this is your problem. I'm sure Demophobe's link works fine too.

You can click on the window on taskbar, then try to press Alt - Left - Down - Down, then press Enter. Then press any arrow key, see if you can see the window appear.
