Can anyone think of a good English BS motto or mission statement? One of my students is trying to win some sort of contest.

Oh that's good. I'm thinkin' "Kyeongnam...the hub of Korean education in the Age of Ubiquity"

But I'd rather see "Pak me? No Pak Yu!" or "STFU roundeye, we'll be doin' this without you in no time!"

Kyeongnam. Education First.

works the world over, that one.

But you could also go with,

Kyeongnam. Swifter, Higher, Stronger, SMARTER.

Bravo your Kyeongnam!

Whatever you seriously suggest, he or she will disagree and make it something like I wrote above. Wink

Yeah, some pretty good suggestions there. This is what she sent me:

Hello, sir!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very happy these days because I can go school and meet my friends and teachers.

Today we met in front of a staff room(a teacher's room??). Do you remember? ^.^

I was pleasant, you too?

Um.. Could you answer the my one question, please?

I'm going to apply ' The education of Kyeong-nam's slogan(motto) public subscription'.

Feel the education's power of Kyeong-nam.

Feel the power of the education of Kyeong-nam.

Which is better sentense? Are these strange for grammar?

Help me, please.~~~ ^^.

I think her second one slightly re-worded might still be the best of the lot, though.

While possessing the paragraph structure of a Korean teacher, her use of the 'Um...' and 'staff room' in there were quite encouraging because I know there's only one source from which she picked that up. Very Happy

I do rather like EMKAYES' suggestions.
