Uh, I stayed home and watched t.v.

I wish I had gone goat tipping or something.

Opps on the overlap. I was two minutes later I guess. So, I adjusted this thread. So now it's about what we wish we had done, rather than what we had done.

This Chuseok I got dumped by my girlfriend.

What a pleasant holiday.

On a lighter note, let's re-cap the Great Wall of Whiner's life:

1992: High School sweet heart leaves me on Halloween

1995: Girlfriend of 3 years dumps me on Christmas

2000: Wife is caught cheating on me: EASTER DAY

2003: Chuseok, GF dumps me

Let me guess: You wish you had moved to Antarctica for Chuseok because there's no holidays on that continent? Ah? Am I right?

Outside of your control-it sucks that people are individual agents.

At least you're not stupid.

Whew, good thing you had the 'None it was perfect' option.. as I wanted to get out of South Korea.. and thats exactly what I did. I feel a 1000 times better because of it as well.

Yeah I totally agree Tiger.
In spite of my rants over the last few days I feel a lot more refreshed and ready to settle in for the next few months here than I think I would have if I'd just stayed back here drinking and watching TV.
I've kind of made a pledge to myself to try and get out of town and see a bit more of Korea over the next few weekends. It probably ain't gonna happen though.
You know I live 40 minutes outside Seoul and it took me 6 hours to get to the airport first day of Chuseok. 6 fucking hours. I thought I was going to miss my flight. I'd stupidly figured that I'd be fine for buses because I was going against the traffic and it would be smooth sailing all the way to the airport. Which was 100% correct. Problem was that the buses that were heading back to take me to the airport were stuck in traffic coming out of Seoul. It's a definite lesson for next time. But man was I pissed... Evil or Very Mad

Well, I wish that I had done it on the top floor of the Eiffel Tower. I figure that's an exhilirating place to record a smut flick.

Oh. Wait. I had a pretty good holiday, and don't wish that I had done anything except snipe off a couple of coworkers. I don't think these people are even capable of being happy.
