| At the end of a basic fare ride last week, the taxi driver told me it was free. I asked why and he said it is because I was a foreigner. He was trying to say that if the fare is just the flagfall fare/basic fare (whatever the correct term is) it is free for foreigners. This happened in Busan. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience? (feel free to add your horror taxi stories if you have some - believe me I have had a few too including taxi drivers going in the wrong direction, overcharging you etc) |
