So all of these people claim they can help me get a public school job, but it seems that several of them want me to submit all my documentation before they even meet me for an interview. I have all the transcripts, medical forms, ect that they require, however some of these are not exactly something I can just pull out of thin air for the next clown that wants the same thing.
Do all these school require all of your documentation prior to even hiring you? I don't want someone holding onto my degree or hard-to-get transcripts if they're not even sure they want to hire me. Seems like a waste of my resources. |

| When we took our jobs, we interviewed several times with the recruiter. We got the job based on that. After we had turned in everything we had a meet and greet with the principal. We already had the job, but they just wanted to see us. You should at least have an interview with the recruiter and a guranteed job before you give your docs. |

Give them your resume, scans of your degree, passport and photo when you apply.
They get the hard copies when then get the signed contract and head off to imigration to get your visa confirmation number.
They should NOT get the hard copies until you have a signed contract in hand. |
