Wow... seriously.
I've got a pile of Guylian and Ferrero Rocher a mile high, and the little dent I've made in the pile has already put me in a chocolate coma.
My kids rock.
All hail Black Wednesday!!
(or Valentine's Day if you must...) |

I'd love to have some chocolate dammit, but I've been on a diet. One of the teachers at work gave me a small piece today and I devoured it so fast I barely tasted it. Losing weight is not fun. |

I feel your pain man. Actually, I'm not supposed to be eating chocolate either, since I'm in the middle of a 5-7 week laser tooth whitening thing...
But, dude... It's Valen..*cough,cough*... Black Wednesday!! |

I still have candy left over from pepero day. Now I have a chocolate stash too. Not bad at all. |

Yeah... the whole dark chocolate thing is a new trend. Lotte started it with their 56% stuff a few months ago and now I've seen as high as 72%. One of my kids said she tried a 99% bar... and promptly threw up. |

My wife bought a bar off some 99% stuff. When I ask my daughter if she would like some of 'mummy's chocolate" she always responds "Mummy's chocolate yucky!" |

The 99% stuff is Japanese, I believe. It's essentially like putting a spoonful of cocoa in your mouth.
I'm not a huge chocolate fan. Korean and Japanese chocolate I will generally avoid. But that Lindt 75% Swiss dark chocolate they sell at Starbucks (and Dept. Stores) is fantastic. Actually, any Lindt chocolate is great. Anything less (Ghana, Meiji...yuck!) is just a disappointment |
