dude ... since spring and summer is coming up, you should advertise this on the korean sites.

www.passo.co.kr is one of the better ones. there are a few around though.

if you don't speak korean, ask a korean friend or co-worker to help you list it.

koreans love japanese bikes ... i'm sure a crotch rocket maniac would happily take it off your hands! Smile

cheers

hey man, thanks! i really appreciate it. bought this bike here and bottom line is that it's too much bike for the streets here not to mention you need a special license to ride it legally (which i do not have)

thinking about picking up one of those beefy mopeds with the chunky tires (not the scooters). anyone know anything about those?

I'm mildly interested. I have the special licence. That test was a b@tch.

Could you PM me some Pics?

What was the test like? I got in before the test was required.

The biggest joke of a test I have ever seen.

You do a small little course (not on the roads) takes about 40seconds, doing some corners and bends, oh and you never go out of 1st gear.

i have heard mixed responses about the test. I got my korean drivers license thinking it was enough to ride bikes here but apparently it's only good to 125cc i believe (maybe 250). i figure since im only here for 8 more months it's not going to be worth me getting my license.

also wanted to add, the bike has a HID headlight - figure around 7000k and it is bright as hell at night. helmet is an hbc, a little beat up but does the job and matches the color of the bike. also, i am located in daejeon, if you're not we can work out the price for gas (if you want to ride it back) or shipping.

Let's not change subjects on the guy. His mission is to sell his ride.

But briefly, right the test is a joke. After failing my attempt, I found out that my bike shop guy, spray painted the circuit in a supermarkets parking lot. After a few days I got it down cold.

It's funny seeing the poor deliver boys who are unable to practice/ride a 250cc prior to the test. Beep...beep...test over. (5 seconds)

Good luck with the sale. Looks like you have been taking care of your bike. I'm looking to upgrade my 250R to 600cc. But I really want about a 2002 model with about 15,000 - 20,000Km's.

I'm also curious about how much you sold it for. 3mill seemed like a fair enough price!

Who's up for making a Dave's ESL biker gang?
