fantastic!

i didn't realize anybody could do that! my body certainly can't.

he should be in Hollywood, certainly that 8-min. video was better than many action movies, except for that weird lull after his stretching, where the camera wandered around taking pics of buildings

the second guy who joined him was alright but in a film imagine the chase scenes!

in fact, someone could turn this small video into a feature length film full of music and action and some semblance of a story regarding the main character

even a documentary would be great

parkour man. That stuff is Aaawwwwweeeesome! The chase scene at the start of the latest Bond movie featured one of the inventors of "free running" which is kind of like parkour. The main difference is in philosophy (free running is going from point a to b in the shortest time, parkour is about fluidity within your environment, not directionality.)

If you search in youtube you'll come up with a tonne of videos but be forewarned, some of them are pretty lame.

That's pretty cool.

Actually one scene there gave me a flashback to something I did in Korea in 1996. The part where he scales the exterior of a building a few floors. I was staying with my uncle in Yochon and I was locked out for the night. So I climbed the exterior of the building up three floors and ducked into the room I was staying in, at a pretty quick speed. Nobody realised I'd made it home. I'm not bragging, because anyone probably could've done it. The height of each individual storey was smaller than on a typical building.
